This policy explains the practical terms that apply to your order.

Order processing and cutoff

Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days. The order cutoff is Weekdays 5 PM Pacific Time. Orders submitted after the cutoff begin processing on the next business day. Weekends and public holidays are not business days.

Shipping origin and fulfillment

Orders ship from 510 E Philip Ave, North Platte, Nebraska, 69101, United States. Carrier: USPS. Fulfillment partner: No third-party fulfillment partner. Yetlado fulfills orders according to the published method and stated shipping origin.

Delivery estimates and tracking

Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days after processing. Available tracking information is sent to the contact details supplied at checkout. Carrier events, severe weather, address issues, and events outside our control can affect an estimate.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is $8.00. Orders of $70.00 or more qualify for free Standard shipping where that rate is available at checkout. The checkout total is the final shipping charge for the selected destination.

Shipping area and address accuracy

We currently describe service for United States. Customers must enter a complete and deliverable address. Checkout availability and the final shipping amount control when a destination is not eligible.
